Daily Cleaning Routine

Never use abrasive scrubbers, steel wool, or harsh cleaning agents — they scratch the nonstick coating and reduce its effectiveness over time. After washing, dry the pot thoroughly before placing it back in the cooker.

Removing Stuck Rice

Even with a quality nonstick pot, rice occasionally sticks — usually when the water ratio was slightly off or the pot wasn't fully seated on the heating element. To remove stuck rice, fill the pot with warm water and a few drops of dish soap. Let it soak for 10-15 minutes. The stuck rice will loosen and wipe away easily with a soft cloth. Caring for the Nonstick Coating
